Delicious! Nice relaxed feeling and loved the decor. Clean and not much wait time when we went. Would recommend and will definitely return.

Tried this place for the first time today while I was traveling through Pueblo. Place was very clean. Gina was our server and she was excellent. In fact she was so good I tipped her extra. I wish more servers were like her. Food came out hot and fresh. Green chili was really good. Fried potatoes were awesome. When you go out for lunch or dinner what more can you ask for? All around great experience.

Ordered off the hidden menu. Tacos A&W style. So close to the original. Loved them anyways

The food was amazing, our waitress was wonderful. Even though it was very busy we had excellent service. The mango margaritas are to die for. They are like candy. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone

I worked here over 20+ years ago. They still have the same item I ordered when I worked a shift as shift meal, chicken cream cheese enchiladas.Still as delicious.They must be doing something right, as the restaurant is now three or four times the size it was back then.Good game cactus flower in Pueblo.

Excellent service. Amazing wait staff. Gerald saw us waiting and just decided to take care of us himself. We ordered the Cactus Chimi and Cactus Special- both hot, amazing and tasty. Drinks aren't that expensive and the meal prices are extremely fair for the portions and quality. We will be back!

Good drinks. The food was good. They seemed a little short staffed but they still managed to make it a great night out.

Exceptional experience in every way from the food to this service to the decor. We definitely stop here when we come to town.

My parents love the enchiladas here. Dad prefers chicken and it’s always fresh. Mom is a plain cheese gal and the enchi’s are always prepared to perfection. I’ve been coming here to eat for forever!I personally love the margaritas. I order the no frills, old-fashioned, frozen margarita with salted rim. They do them perfectly. I always feel like I died and went to heaven!!!

A Pueblo favorite! My aunt and uncle introduced us to this great food and friendly staff. Enjoyed a great lunch with good flavor and spice again today!

I was staying in pueblo for work purposes, wanted some good Mexican food, cactus flower was recommended....AMAZING!!! Not only was the food amazing but our server, Amanda was AMAZING! She took very good care of us and had excellent recommendations! She is the reason we came back the 2and night. Extremely grateful she was working to take care of us 2 nights in a row.

This place was wonderful. The food was awesome and the total bill was about ten dollars less than we thought it would be!!! Will be going back!!

My hubby and I went for a late lunch. I had the Cactus combo and he had the tacos. Both meals were great and flavorful. Thank you much!

OMG so delicious. Blue corn chicken enchiladas with Green Chili is to die for! Super creamy and chewy caramel fried ice cream!

Amazing food! There is literally nothing here we don’t like! We live around the corner and come in regularly. Come hungry and leave very full.

I love the food here!! The service has always been fantastic as well! However, we never get silverware when we get take out. We usually take our food to the park so will you guys PLEASE start putting silverware and napkins in the bags?!? Thanks 🙂

Sat at the bar to skip the wait and it was worth it. The bartender was incredibly helpful describing the menu options. The food was really good and just the right portion sizes. The rice and refried beans are not vegetarian but the black beans are.

Good food, they may have been rated the best in Pueblo, but for me, I've had better tamales then I had last night. Being said, awesome service and decor. Nice fireplace. On the tamales, they did have more meat in them then most.

Got to give a huge thank you to the server Amanda and the staff at Cactus Flower. We had a last minute Christmas party of 15 on a busy Friday night. They were able to accommodate us and still provide us with prompt service and delicious food.. Thank yoooooooou Cactus Flower for accommodating us last minute. The cranberry margarita was delish!! 😋⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The food is good. The service is acceptable. Not a reason to rave but we do go regularly. It is a decent choice and my kids like it to.

Service was good and food came out fast and fresh. I had the monster burrito which was a lot of food but delicious.

This is some of the best mexican food I have ever had. I got the steak fajitas and they were phenomenal. Great server to thanks for making or travel pleasant.

The food we saw being served looked very good but we were there just for a beer. We sat at the bar--something we enjoy wherever we go. The Cactus Flower had such a nice ambiance! I am an IPA enjoyer but no IPA's were available so I had a dark Modelo on draft. I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely order this again when I am in Pueblo. The woman bar tender was delightful. We are already looking forward to our next visit there. We will probably try some of their wonderful looking food.

Chile rellenos were great, and I would recommend this for a smaller amount of people though.

Seems like the menu has changed some. Recently, the ground beef and shredded chicken has zero flavor. And asking for red and green sauce on burritos or enchiladas results in a heavy red sauce only. Our waitress today said she was "powering through"being sick. NOT what you want to hear from your server. I'm hoping this place isn't going downhill. It's been one of our favorites for years.

It was very good with great service. A great place for girls night out! It took awhile to get a table (30 minutes ), but that shows that the place is definitely doing well.

Great place to get some good mexican food. Even though dine-in is not currently available they are still taking orders for pick-up. They will come out to your car and bring you your order. It's so important to support our local establishments during this difficult time.

Good food, cocktails & the waiting & addtl. Staff showed impeccable service composure in the face of a large family behaving more like wild dogs. Well done staff!

Cactus flower is always so good in every way. The beautiful southwest decor of the building welcomes you from the moment you step in. From chips and salsa to dessert the food is consistently delicious, and the portions are generous. The service is top notch. Cactus Flower is a must try whether you're a resident, a visitor, or just passing through on US Hwy 50 West.

Everything you look for when looking to go out. Great food, awesome Margaritas, server that know what to do and seem happy to do it, great atmosphere, reasonable prices ... wifey and I could not have wanted for better. This is our "go to" place whenever we are near Pueblo.

Right off the bat happy !Seated promptly , clean, fresh establishment, smiling employees, Hot fast delicious food,And LOVE LOVE the fact they put more flour chips in the chips and salsa my favorite,overall was a great visit and we will definitely be back!! Amazing restaurant!! I haven't had a good Mexican dish in Colorado since moving from Texas! Amanda was absolutely beyond awesome and her positive attitude and vibe really made my birthday better!!! Ask of Amanda's working you won't regret it!!!!

As soon as we got there it was a 25 minute wait... but within 25 minutes we were sat, our drinks were brought to us, we ordered our meals and they were at our table in no time! Great service even though they had a full house! And the food was delicious! Great job to the whole staff!

Loved the fried flour tortilla shell on the taco! Service was spot on. Their "hot" green chile sauce was very mild though and tasted like jalapenos not green Chile. The beans were undercooked but the rice was perfect. I would go back if I am up that way again but I would make a special trip for it. Better because it's local.

I like Cactus Flower. The salsa is good, and typically they are very expedient in getting our food. All of which is very tasty. Our waiter was a bit iffy today, but I chalk it up to being a one off event. I have a Shrimp dish off the specials menu which was tasty but I needed probably 2 more tortillas, but I didnt ask for any, but it was good. My wife had the pick 3 and she said it was taste as well. We like this place and will go again.

Went here on a Saturday for lunch. Had to wait for 10-15 minutes, but I am ok with that because it's usually a good indication that it's a good place . We weren't disappointed! Had the Cactus Combo which is a pork and guacamole burrito, chicken enchilada and a chicken taco. Everything was delicious and the service was great. Definitely recommend!

This Spanish food restaurant is the best. The Staff is customer oriented, makes you feel welcome, and all so very friendly. I would advise people to try out out this place 1st. In my book of Spanish Restaurants they are number 1.

Mo was the best server ever!! Such a nice woman! And yes she's correct the mushroom spinach enchiladas are amazing! Margaritas aren't awful either! LMAO😂
